AFM - STM
AFM - STM infrastructure element location:
AFM and STM laboratory of the Research Center in Physical Chemistry is located in Fantanele Street, No. 29 - 30, Cluj Napoca, room As2.
LBT
LBT infrastructure element location:
LBT laboratory of the Research Center in Physical Chemistry is located at Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Arany Janos Street, No. 11, room 73.

 

Acces to AFM – STM and LBT services:
The access to the AFM - STM and LBT services is free of charges for all internal users from UBB, laboratory schedule, sample receiving and results delivery protocol must be respected strictly. Click on the next buttons for details about AFM - STM and LBT characteristics.

 

AFM LBT

 

External users must discuss the access possibilities to the AFM  - STM and LBT facilities with director of the center Prof. Dr. Maria Tomoaia Cotisel.

 

Access for didactic purposes:
Didactic activities could be effectuated without restrictions by agreement of the following aspects:
- the didactic activity must be scheduled from enough time by direct discussion with
  Prof. Univ. Dr. Maria Tomoaia-Cotisel, Director;
- the AFM didactic activity and related experiments are effectuated on the strict supervision of laboratory responsible:

  Responsible: Dr. Ing. Ioan Petean (expert AFM si STM);

- the LBT didactic activity and related experiments are effectuated on the strict supervision of laboratory responsible:

  Responsible: Asist. Univ. Dr. Roxana-Diana Pasca, expert LBT

- AFM and STM schedule: monday - friday 8-16;

  the schedule is adjusted to the didactic activities necessities.

Schedule: AFM, STM si LBT:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 – 16.00; The schedule is adjusted according to necessities for didactic activities..

Samples receiving schedule:
Monday - Friday: 11.00 – 13.00, in laboratories 71-73 at Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Arany Janos Street, No. 11,  400028 Cluj-Napoca. Samples are received by the Director: Prof. Univ. Dr. Maria Tomoaia-Cotisel and Director Adjunct: Conf. Univ. Dr. Aurora Mocanu

Results delivery schedule:
Monday - Friday: 13.00 – 15.00
The results are interpreted by Prof. Univ. Dr. Maria Tomoaia-Cotisel, and are delivered to the users by email, in conformity with the discussion at the samples receiving, in in laboratories 71-73 at Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Arany Janos Street, No. 11,  400028 Cluj-Napoca.
