Phase I.: Establishing the optimal conditions for integration of components and operation of the UVCV-µCCP-OES miniaturized experimental laboratory system as TRL 4. Evaluation of the analytical performances, development and validation of the new eco-scale laboratory methods (TRL 4) using UVCV-µCCP-OES for the determination and speciation of Hg and comparison with the demands of European legislation and classical methods CV-AFS, TD-AAS and CV-ICP-OES.

Phase II.: Demonstration of the utility and capability of the new eco-scale methods for the determination and speciation of Hg and preparation of internal operating procedures.
