It is my very great pleasure, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, to invite you to attend the I'st International
Conference on Supramolecular Chemistry in Cluj-Napoca. The meeting will be held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania from the
12th to the 15th of April 2007. All modern advances and trends in supramolecular chemistry will be discussed.

This will be a special occasion as it is the first time since its inception that this important international scientific event
will take place in Romania. Supramolecular chemistry is one of the most active areas of Romanian chemistry and we
have no doubt that this conference will provide an additional stimulus for the development of this field.

Cluj-Napoca is a lively, animated city having behind a lot of history that offers many cultural and tourist attractions. On
behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committees, I am delighted to invite you to come to Cluj-Napoca. Your
