Cele mai importante
rezultate obținute īn cadrul proiectului, prezentate succint: 1.
Au fost izolate, caracterizate și utilizate două transaminaze cu selectivitate opusă 2.
Au fost efectuate studii de optimizare īn sistemele de microfluidică dezvolatate,
apoi au fost elaborate procedee continue īn reactoare tip flow. 3.
Proprietățile catalitice, stabilitatea și toleranța ridicată la diferite medii a celor două transaminaze au permis dezvoltarea unui protocol general pentru sinteza ambilor enantiomeri ai unor amine cu diverse structuri
și aplicații īn sinteza bioorganică.
Finanțarea obținută prin acest proiect
