Biochemistry: Investigation of the mechanism of enzymes. Investigation of the stereoselectivity of enzymatic reactions at the molecular level. Rational modification of the structure of enzymes by means of molecular biology.
Biotechnology: Development of biocatalysts (immobilization of lipases, hydrolases, MIO enzymes, oxide reductases, transaminases, decarboxylases, etc.) - enzymatic networks and cascades, integrated (multi) enzymatic micro- and mini-reactor systems for stereoselective biotransformations.
Analytical chemistry: chromatographic separation of stereoisomers and proteins.
